Den was a location cameraman for 10 years before retiring in 2001 through injury sustained while filming a documentary on the Mer de Glace in Chamonix.
After a stint helping to build a successful kit rental company he moved to a role as Business Development Manager for the CVP-Mitcorp Group.
He is a File Based Technology Evangelist and regularly speaks at leading industry events, trade shows and is a frequent media commentator on tapeless developments within the Broadcast industry.
Den consults regularly for Production companies helping them as they move from traditional tape based formats in SD to file based camcorders and Digital Workflow’s shooting in High Definition.
